ALTTECO is responsible for the processing of your Personal Data, as defined below.

ALTTECO ensures the confidentiality of your Personal Data and will never disclose them to third parties without your consent, apart from the partners involved in providing the Services.
However, these partners involved in providing the Services will only receive the Personal Data required to perform Services. ALTTECO and its partners are prohibited from using your Personal Data for any other purposes.

ALTTECO uses standard security technologies and procedures to ensure the protection of your Personal Data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure or destruction.
ALTTECO takes security measures, such as technical and organizational measures against unauthorised or unlawful access to your Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to your Personal Data.

Each time you visit the Site or use the Service, you agree and expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of the information that you provide as described in this Policy.

Collection and Use of Information
When you install the ALTTECO App or register on the Site, you will be asked to provide us with your phone number, name and a photo (name and photo are not necessarily) and to allow us access to your mobile device's address book.
A copy of the phone numbers and names in your address book (but not emails, notes or any other Personal Information in your address book) will be stored on our servers and will only be used to:
1) notify you when your contacts become online on ALTTECO,
2) indicate who from your contact list is already a ALTTECO user,
3) correctly show the name of each contact as it appears in your address book when a call is received.
4) sync your contacts with ALTTECO app running on other Android devices and iPads.
The copy of your address book (names and phones) is stored on a live database. This database does not have a "historical backup". If you delete the address book from our servers (more about this below), it will be deleted instantly and permanently.
Your phone number is used for identification purposes as your ALTTECO user number.
Since ALTTECO users may add your ALTTECO number to their address book and see that you registered to ALTTECO, we do not consider the fact that your ALTTECO number exists on ALTTECO as private information.

Online Status
Other users will see your connection status (whether you are online or not)
Location Information
ALTTECO allows you to attach your location information to messages you send to other users or send a specific location message. If you choose to share your location with a specific user or group of users your location will be retrieved from your device and sent to ALTTECO. ALTTECO will only use this location for this particular purpose and delete it from its servers once the message is delivered. For the avoidance of doubt, ALTTECO will not share your location information and will not use it for any purpose except the one specifically requested by you.

ALTTECO International Calls
If you wish to use ALTTECO to call a number outside of the ALTTECO community ("ALTTECO Out"), you will be asked to create a "User Account" by selecting a password, and providing your name and billing information so that your payment for the ALTTECO Out Service can be processed. We use the services of third parties to process your payments and we require that these third parties take the appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data and traffic data and to comply with relevant laws. Please review the terms of use and privacy policies of those third parties before providing your banking or payment information.
Not For Children
This Website is not intended for use by children. Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to be our customers. If you are under the age of 13, do not use this Website and do not send us any information about yourself. If a child under 13 submits information through any part of our Website, and we become aware that the person submitting the information is a child, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. Because we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under 13, we do not knowingly use or disclose such information.
Security
We take reasonable precaution to protect Personal Information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. Although we cannot guarantee that Personal Information will not be subject to unauthorized access, we have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to protect Personal Information. Personal Information is stored on our servers and protected by secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees and personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information,
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
