There are many reasons of interruption. The first steps to check it is a local issue or your Internet Service Provider's issue is fully rebooting the cable modem and the Wi-Fi router. Make sure all cables are connected properly including the power cord, coaxial cable and Ethernet. Unplug the power cable of cable modem and the Wi-Fi router for 10-15 seconds, then plug them again. Do it maximum two times, if you still don't have your service back, contact to our technical team.

The best way to check your Internet Speed is to open a web browser (Google Chrome or Mozzila), type www.speedtest.net (http://www.speedtest.net)or download SpeedTest App on your smartphone.
Note: We are unable to ensure a constant Internet speed towards a specified link. You will get correct speed of your Internet, if all other devices are disconnected from Internet (If someone in your network is watching a YouTube video or online TV, and you check the speed, it is going to be less than your provider offers). If the problem is still exist, connect the computer directly to the modem without any Wi -Fi router.
We have 3 options of call forwarding:
Option 1
Forward all incoming calls:
To enable this function, you need to Diall *72 then the number to where the calls have to be forwarded.
To disable this function, you need to Diall *73
Option 2
Forward only busy calls:
To enable this function, you need to Diall *90 then the number to where the calls have to be forwarded.
To disable this function, you need to Diall *91
Option 3
Forward only no answer calls:
To enable this function, you need to Diall *92 then the number to where the calls have to be forwarded.
To disable this function, you need to Diall *93
