What are my first steps when I don't have the Internet Access?
There are many reasons of interruption. The first steps to check it is a local issue or your Internet Service Provider's issue is fully rebooting the cable modem and the Wi-Fi router. Make sure all cables are connected properly including the power cord, coaxial cable and Ethernet. Unplug the power cable of cable modem and the Wi-Fi router for 10-15 seconds, then plug them again. Do it maximum two times, if you still don't have your service back, contact to our technical team.
How can I check my Internet speed?
The best way to check your Internet Speed is to open a web browser (Google Chrome or Mozzila), type www.speedtest.net or download SpeedTest App on your smartphone.
How to check the Voice Mail?
We have two options to check the voice messages. To enter the Voice Mail in English, dial 8500, in French 7500. If you want to get your voice messages via e-mail as well, write a letter to email@example.com and your email address will be added for this fuction.
